Anne Carmack (Poet/Writer)
Anne Carmack is a self-taught Los Angeles based writer and multidisciplinary artist whose work seeks to explore the shape shifting themes of personal narrative, individual and cultural identity and philosophy and spirituality by wholly embracing a wide range of media including painting, photography, filmmaking, storytelling, screenwriting, poetry & performing.
In Spring of 2024 she was named Santa Monica, California’s inaugural Poet Laureate. Her search for something still undefined continues.
