Anuradha “Juju” Palakurthi
Vocalist Anuradha “Juju” Palakurthi is the founder of Juju Productions, a platform that creates music rooted in Indian traditions yet resonating with a global audience. Her Guru is Vidushi Arati Ankalikar-Tikekar.
In 2020, Juju received the Indian equivalent of the Grammy—the Radio Mirchi Award—for her debut album Jaan Meri. She has collaborated with industry legends including the late Bappi Lahiri, Ustad Rashid Khan, Javed Akhtar, Salim-Sulaiman, Anu Malik, Kumar Sanu, Suresh Wadkar, Mika Singh, and Chandrabose.
As Executive Producer and Artist, she led the first-ever Bollywood-Hollywood virtual concert, Vax India Now (2021), which was hosted by Hasan Minhaj and streamed live on CNN and featured global icons such as Sting, Josh Groban, Yo-Yo Ma, Gloria Estefan, Andrea Bocelli, Liam Neeson, Zubin Mehta, Shabana Azmi, Anil Kapoor, and Ustad Nishat Khan.
In 2022, Juju curated Symphony Masala—a symphonic tribute to 70 years of Bollywood music—bringing together experts from diverse genres across the world.
Currently she serves as Chairperson of MIT’s Heritage Arts of South Asia (MITHAS) and is a passionate philanthropist supporting education and social causes.
